1) Sweet Potato & Banana Toast

• Wholemeal bread
• 1 sweet potato
• 1 banana
• Whole Earth Almond Butter

2) Smooth Berry Toast

• Wholemeal bread
• Handful of raspberries
• Handful of strawberries
• Cacao nibs (optional)
• Whole Earth Smooth Peanut Butter

3) Blueberry & Coconut Toast

• Wholemeal bread
• Handful of blueberries
• Coconut flakes
• Whole Earth Crunchy Peanut Butter

1) Sweet Potato & Banana Toast

1. Heat the oven to 200°C. Wrap the sweet potato in foil, and bake for 30-40 mins until soft.
2. Allow to cool, then scoop out the flesh and mash with a fork.
3. Spread Whole Earth Almond Butter onto wholemeal toast.
4. Top with the mashed sweet potato and slices of banana.

2) Smooth Berry Toast

1. Spread Whole Earth Smooth Peanut Butter onto wholemeal toast.
2. Top with fresh raspberries and sliced strawberries.
3. For a treat, sprinkle cacao nibs on top.

3) Blueberry & Coconut Toast

1. Spread Whole Earth Crunchy Peanut Butter onto wholemeal toast.
2. Top with fresh blueberries and coconut flakes.
