Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 100ml Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Porridge Oats
  • 50ml of Skimmed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Smooth Whole Earth Peanut Butter

Method

Place all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or use a hand held blender and whizz up!
