Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees and grease a 12 muffin tray with butter or oil of choice.
In a bowl mash the bananas until smooth then add the maple syrup, sugar, yoghurt, egg and milk and whisk.
In another bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and powder and once mixed together add a pinch of salt.
Combine both mixtures into one bowl and stir well.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin and place in oven for around 15 minutes. To check the mixture is cooked, insert a knife into the middle of the muffin mixture – this should come out clean once fully cooked.
Once baked, remove and allow to cool. Store in an air-tight container.
