Whole Earth Smooth Peanut Butter Frosting
Enough to Frost 12 Cupcakes
- 1 Cup Icing Sugar
- 1 Cup Whole Earth Smooth Peanut Butter
- 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter( at room temperature)
- ¾ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
- Place the sugar, Whole Earth Smooth Peanut Butter, butter, vanilla and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer.
- Mix on medium-low speed until it is creamy.
- Add the cream and beat on high speed until the mixture is light and smooth.
