Peanut Butter Fudge


  • 110g Butter
  • 475g Brown Soft Sugar
  • 125ml Milk
  • 200g Whole Earth Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 425g Icing Sugar


  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in brown sugar and milk.
  3. Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in Whole Earth peanut butter and vanilla.
  6. Pour over icing sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  7. Beat until smooth; pour into a 20cm square baking dish.
  8. Chill until firm and cut into squares.
