Peanut Butter and Chocolate Parfait


  • 2 Cups of Granola
  • 4 heaped tbsp Whole Earth Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 100g  of Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Cups of Plain Greek Yoghurt


  1. Place chocolate into a microwaveable bowl and microwave, stirring occasionally, until melted.
  2. Add 1 cup of Greek yoghurt to the melted chocolate and mix well. Set aside in fridge for an hour.
  3. Mix together the peanut butter and the remaining yoghurt.
  4. To serve the parfait, place alternate layers of the chocolate and yoghurt mixture, peanut butter and yoghurt mixture and granola in a bowl or glass of your choice.
  5. Top with chocolate shavings and lemon zest.
