Creamy Cinnamon Porridge

Ingredients

  • 80g porridge oats
  • 475ml milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Toppings

Your choice, from:

  • Coconut – flakes or dessicated
  • Raisins
  • Almonds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Whole Earth Peanut Butter

Method

  1. First, chop up the banana. Set a few slices aside, and add the rest to a pan with all the porridge ingredients.
  2. Cook over a low to medium heat for around 7 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Pour the cooked oats into a bowl. Top with the banana slices, a dollop of peanut butter, and your choice of toppings.
