Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles


  • 2 tbsp Whole Earth Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cacao/Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (optional)
  • 3 tbsp Raw Honey or Agave Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Pure Porridge Oats
  • 25g Desiccated Coconut (some to roll after)


  1. Place all ingredients in standing mixer and mix together.
  2. Dampen hands with cold water and roll mix in to 12 small truffles or 6/9 larger ones.
  3. Roll in coconut.
  4. Place on baking tray + place in freezer for 3 hours to set.
  5. Store in air tight container + hide in the fridge for you to enjoy!
