Berry Nut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 300g fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 1 small banana
  • 200ml plain yogurt
  • 100ml pomegranate juice
  • Handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp Whole Earth Almond Butter
  • 30g / 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)

 

Method

  1. Chop the banana, then put all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy.
